Tai Kin Bao Unveils Automated Facility: Technology Replacing Human Labor

Tai Kin Bao has been operating in Thailand for 35 years and is expanding its facilities, as seen in a recent media visit showcasing its automated production line. The company utilizes robotic arms and AI technology to reduce labor demands and enhance production efficiency.
According to General Manager Zou Kongxun, this automated line can replace the labor of 44 individuals, while the two factories combined can substitute over 600 workers. Tai Kin Bao’s production variety includes not only printing machines but also smart wearables.
Zou highlighted that even before entering the Thai market, the company had started developing automated systems to combat high labor costs. Today, leveraging automation and global deployment experience, Tai Kin Bao has successfully shortened production time, outperforming numerous competitors.
An advantage for the company is that its clients are importers, effectively spreading the risk of tariffs. Chairman Xu Shengxiong of the Jin Ren Bao Group remarked on the challenges of managing personnel in the U.S., yet Tai Kin Bao aims to find opportunities amidst the challenges and continue to expand its business operations.
