Aisanlin Announces $5 Dividend for 2024 Amid Strong Growth Outlook
Aisanlin (2540) held a board meeting on the 21st and announced a dividend of $5 per share, consisting of $1 in cash and $4 in stock. Although the earnings per share (EPS) for the previous year was $3.7, the company expects a sustained increase in profitability over the next five years as new project handovers exceed $10 billion annually. To prevent a rapid rise in EPS, Aisanlin has strategically decided to expand its capital.
Additionally, the company has won the bid for the land development project at the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall for the Taipei Metro system, partnering with Honghui Group for a project valued at approximately $1.92 billion. This development will include residential, commercial, and office spaces, and market analysts estimate that total sales from future residential buildings could reach $14.5 billion.
For 2024, Aisanlin anticipates breaking the $11.158 billion revenue mark, setting a record high, with a net profit of $1.903 billion.
