Taiya Donates Cutting Machines to Tsinghua University to Support Semiconductor Education and Talent Development

Taiya (stock code 2340), as a key player in Taiwan's semiconductor industry, donated two advanced cutting machines to the Institute of Electronics Engineering and the Department of Materials Science and Engineering at National Tsinghua University this morning (21st), aiming to enhance academic educational applications.
The donated machines are capable of precise cutting on substrates and can handle various materials, including glass, quartz, and polymers, providing an excellent learning and research environment for faculty and students. Taiya's Chairman, Li Guoguang, stated that Tsinghua University is renowned for nurturing semiconductor engineers and has become a cradle for talent, particularly in light of the talent shortages exacerbated by a declining birthrate.
Li hopes this donation will strengthen Taiya's collaboration with higher education institutions to enhance Taiwan's competitiveness in the technology sector.
