Their official website lists positions like Technical Staff with English proficiency, indicating that even liberal arts graduates can step into TSMC's doors.

The entry requirement is a high school graduation, but candidates must possess at least a TOEIC score of 660. The job involves translation tasks and serving as a communication bridge between local staff, alongside other online responsibilities. The position requires working in a 4-shift schedule, totaling ten hours a day. While salaries range from NTD 32,000 to 43,000, concerns linger about whether this is sufficient for overseas conditions, as many believe that overseas positions may come with additional allowances.
