Xingbo Coffee Offers Starting Salary of 45,000 with Additional Pay for Children Under 15

Xingbo Coffee, located in Taipei City, recently posted a recruitment message on Facebook, offering a starting salary of NT$45,000. Additionally, employees with children under 15 will receive extra pay each month, garnering praise from netizens.
The company announced on the 21st that it is hiring full-time coffee shop employees in Taipei, with an initial salary of NT$45,000. Upon completing training and passing the initial barista exam, employees can expect a raise of NT$2,000, resulting in a monthly salary of NT$47,000. Moreover, the company offers generous benefits, including two days off per week. Employees working on national holidays receive double pay, and there is overtime pay as well as maternity allowances, which means colleagues with children under 15 will receive additional compensation monthly.
Similarly, TSMC has also posted job openings for technician and engineering roles, with day shift salaries around NT$32,000 and night shifts around NT$43,000, along with bonuses and additional benefits, averaging an annual salary of over NT$750,000. However, new hires must undergo 1-2 years of training at a designated factory before being assigned to overseas facilities for over two years, leading some netizens to advise careful consideration of living costs abroad.
