The '86 Special District' in Tainan is a major redevelopment project led by Hua You Lian Group, becoming a key focus area for their real estate projects in Tainan. Recently, Hua You Lian co-hosted the fourth '2025 Tails Party', held at the Ji Hi Park in '86 Special District' on the 26th and 27th, aimed at integrating a pet-friendly environment into daily life.

This area has launched nearly 2,000 housing units and encompasses the life circle of the Tainan High-Speed Rail Station and the Anping redevelopment project, with plans to continue development in the future. Wu Jia-de stated that the '86 Special District' is located in a prime area with relatively low housing prices, surrounded by comprehensive living facilities, close to the Shalun AI Smart City, and offers excellent development potential.

Since 2011, Hua You Lian has launched eight buildings and three townhouses in the 86 Special District, with plenty of land available for future projects. The group also plans to develop land in the life circle around the Tainan High-Speed Rail Station and the Anping redevelopment area.
