Changrui Electromechanical Earns Nearly 100 Million in One Year, Plans to Go Public in Late May

Changrui Electromechanical (7642) has shown remarkable performance in the specialized DC motor ceiling fan market, achieving nearly 100 million in profit within just one year and plans to officially go public in late May. The company is Taiwan's largest designer and manufacturer of DC ceiling fans and recently passed the over-the-counter listing application as of March 21 this year.

Founded in 2011, Changrui Electromechanical currently has a capital of 265 million NT dollars, focusing on medium to large waterproof DC ceiling fans. Their products are known for their patented quick-disassembly structure and modular design, making them a mainstream choice in high-end markets like the USA, Australia, and Europe. Furthermore, their recently launched single-wire wall control technology has begun supplying major brands, expected to further fuel revenue growth in the future.

In addition to ceiling fans, Changrui Electromechanical is actively entering the drone industry, concentrating on developing power modules for medium to large drones. Its power modules have already passed testing certifications from major Japanese companies and outperform competitors, with shipments expected to begin in the second half of 2025, representing a new driving force for the company's growth.

The company anticipates that its full-year revenue in 2024 will reach approximately 958 million NT dollars, with a gross margin of 29.7% and earnings per share of 6.4 NT dollars. As global demand for energy-efficient, smart home appliances and drones continues to grow, the operational outlook remains positive. Additionally, the ongoing construction of the 'Longjing No. 2 Factory' is expected to be completed by the end of 2025, which will increase production capacity to meet the rising demand from ceiling fan and drone customers, promising sustained profit growth.
