The company announced that the board of directors approved a cash dividend of NT$2 per share from earnings, totaling over NT$4.1 billion, along with a cash dividend of NT$0.5 per share from capital reserves, with a total of 102 million shares. This results in a cash yield of 5.11% based on today’s closing price of NT$39.1.

Hsin Fu opened at NT$39.05 this morning, reaching a high of NT$39.6 and a low of NT$39, closing at NT$39.1, down NT$0.4 or 1.01%. This year, the stock has already decreased by 9%. Last year, Hsin Fu achieved total sales of NT$29.5 billion from major projects including 'Zhan Qian Xin Rui', 'Wen Xin Ai Rui', 'Hsin Fu Development Boai', and 'Ai Qing He Zuo An'.
