On the 2nd, Fubon Financial announced that its board of directors has approved a cash dividend of NT$4.25 and a stock dividend of NT$0.25 per share, totaling NT$4.5 per share, a historic high. Based on the closing price of NT$85 on the day, the cash yield reaches 5%, reflecting strong appeal.

For the year 2024, Fubon Financial's after-tax net profit reached NT$150.82 billion, with earnings per share (EPS) of NT$10.77, maintaining its title as the profit king among financial holding companies for the 16th consecutive year.

The company emphasized that the cash dividend allocation is arranged after considering overall profit performance and the profit remittance status of subsidiaries. Among these, subsidiary Fubon Life's after-tax net profit for 2024 reached NT$102.66 billion, setting two historical highs.

Fubon Financial also announced a stock dividend of NT$0.25 per share, providing flexibility for shareholders to hold shares or convert them into cash. While the short-term issuance of stock dividends may slightly dilute the capital, in the long term it symbolizes the company's confidence in its future performance.
