Vehicle Tax Payment Deadline is April 30; Late Fees Apply

The Ministry of Finance's Taxation Bureau has stated that the vehicle tax for the 114th year commenced on April 1, with the payment deadline being April 30. If taxpayers have lost or not received their payment notice, they should promptly contact their local tax office for inquiries or to request a reissue. Under the relevant tax laws, those who do not pay within the specified period will incur a 1% penalty for every 3 days overdue. Various payment methods are available for taxpayer convenience, including online payment options and payment at convenience stores.
