Miaoli's First Healthcare Career Experience Center Officially Opens

To promote youth career development and nurture local healthcare talent, the Ministry of Labor and Jen-Teh Medical Technology College held a campus job fair and inaugurated the Jia Tao Le branch on the 23rd, attracting participation from numerous medical institutions and over a thousand students.
Minister of Labor HONG Shih-han, Miaoli County Deputy Mayor CHIU Li-li, and Jen-Teh Medical College President HUANG Bo-hsiang jointly cut the ribbon, signaling the official opening of Miaoli's first healthcare career experience center.
The event featured 46 booths, with 40 healthcare-related companies offering over 1200 job vacancies, providing valuable opportunities for students seeking careers.
HONG emphasized that through the establishment of this branch, more comprehensive job-seeking resources will be provided to potential healthcare talents, and he urged the improvement of salary and working conditions to facilitate the retention of healthcare personnel to ensure stable medical development.
President HUANG noted that the Jia Tao Le Learning Theme Hall contains various system tools such as interest decoding, AI mock interviewers, and career aptitude tests to assist middle school students in career exploration and pre-employment counseling in the Miaoli and central regions.
