The Taoyuan Branch's Senior Talent Resource Center will hold the '2025 Senior Workforce Forum' on June 24 at the National Yang Ming Chiao Tung University Electronic and Information Research Center, focusing on sustainable practices for middle-aged and senior talents. The forum will gather experts from academia, media, and business to discuss the potential of middle-aged labor and strategies for sustainable talent practices in enterprises.

Limited slots are available for this event, with registration opening until June 20. Companies interested in participating are encouraged to sign up. The forum will focus on three major themes: middle-aged labor and corporate sustainability, global aging trends, and social innovation and intergenerational cooperation. Speakers include Professor Zheng Guotai from National Tsing Hua University and Lin Xingfei, editor-in-chief of the 'Health' magazine, among others, sharing insights and practical experiences.

Director Lai Chia-jen of the Taoyuan Branch emphasized that middle-aged and senior workers are crucial for stable business operations. Through the joint efforts of government support and active participation from enterprises, a friendly and inclusive workplace can be created. The Ministry of Labor also provides numerous programs to assist middle-aged and senior workers in achieving stable employment.
