The company will distribute a cash dividend of 3.11 NTD per share, achieving a distribution rate of 91.74%. Based on the closing price of 49.1 NTD on June 10, the cash yield is 6.33%.

Looking ahead to 2025, Tongzheng will continue to expand its international brand agency and deepen its sales channels in Taiwan, actively investing in the economic core of the migrant worker sector.
