Ranfan Network Technology Invests NT$1.3 Billion in Shilin Office Space Expansion
Ranfan Network Technology sees the potential of commercial offices in the Shilin area and has invested about NT$6.14 billion this year to purchase three luxury units in the "Xinhanshihlin Hotel," expanding its presence in Shilin.
NVIDIA's recent announcement of establishing its headquarters in Beishi Science Park has boosted the real estate market in Shilin and Beitou. Ranfan started investing in Shilin as early as 2022 and has a total investment approaching NT$1.3 billion, reflecting confidence in the region's business environment.
Experts from Taiwan Real Estate Group note that, although Shilin has not been a traditional hotspot for business offices, the entry of NVIDIA is expected to attract more high-end enterprises and business developments. Forecasts suggest that this will elevate initial office demand and pave the way for future commercial area growth.
