Labor Insurance Pension to be Disbursed at Month-End, 1.92 M People to Receive NT$19,200
According to the Labor Insurance Bureau's schedule, a total of 11 types of benefits will be issued today (28th) and tomorrow. Today's disbursements include labor insurance pensions, disaster insurance pensions, disability care subsidies, and more. Eligible individuals should check their bank accounts.
The Bureau states that workers can apply for labor insurance old-age pensions starting the day after they retire. Last year, over 1.92 million people claimed these pensions, with a total payout of approximately NT$37.2 billion, averaging around NT$19,200 per person, though the actual amount varies based on individual insurance contributions.
Those who have applied for these benefits are reminded to verify their account balances on the payment date to ensure funds have been deposited.
