The announcement by NVIDIA CEO Jensen Huang to establish a new headquarters in Taiwan has led to a surge in the stock of Shinfang (1419). With its ownership of land assets in the Beishi Science Park, Shinfang's stock reached 74.3 TWD after four consecutive days of trading halts, marking a 28-year high and a weekly increase of nearly 56%. However, due to excessive price increase over the past six days and high average trading volume over the last sixty business days, it has been categorized as a stock under observation.

Shinfang owns approximately 78,000 ping of land in the Shilin District, with 16,000 ping located within the Beishi Science Park, currently used mainly for automobile brand display centers and parking lot rentals. With NVIDIA's headquarters moving in, expectations are rising that the land value in the area will significantly increase. Shinfang also reported solid revenue performance and that its operational strategies have been well-received by clients. Plans to establish a subsidiary in Indonesia to diversify production risks and expand its overseas market are underway.
