Fubon China Policy Bond ETF to Terminate Trust Contract Due to Insufficient Net Asset Value
Fubon Securities Investment Trust Co., Ltd. announced on the 6th that the Fubon China Policy Financial Bond ETF (00718B.TW) will terminate its trust contract after its net asset value was below NT$200 million for 30 consecutive trading days. The trust termination will proceed with a liquidation process that guarantees investor protection.
According to the trust contract stipulations, the termination has been approved by the regulatory authority, and subsequent processes will be executed in accordance with legal requirements. Fubon Investment Trust emphasized the importance of following the trust contract and regulatory procedures to ensure transparency and protect investors’ rights.
