Chili University Job Fair: 1600 Job Openings from 45 Companies

Finance Center/New Taipei Report
Next month marks the college graduation season, and to assist students in transitioning to the workforce, the New Taipei City Labor Bureau held a job fair at Chili University today (6th). With the participation of 45 enterprises, including banks, hotels, and logistics companies, a total of 1600 job opportunities are being offered. In addition, the venue provides resume checks and employment consultations to help students still searching for their future career paths.

During the event, New Taipei City Labor Bureau Director Chen Ruijia and Chili University President Chen Zhulong officially opened the job fair. As Taiwan's domestic demand expands, companies are eager for talent and actively reaching out to new graduates. This job fair is the third stop of the New Taipei campus tour, where various companies rolled out enticing offers, including high-paying positions with salaries as high as 63,000 TWD and opportunities for overseas assignments.

Vice President of a logistics company, Jiang Tian Chong, stated, “The difficulty we encounter is finding the right talent, so we encourage everyone to seize job opportunities.” Meanwhile, the HR Deputy Manager of a tech manufacturing company, Ye Qiaoyu, expressed hopes to attract more fresh graduates, mentioning that significant effort is put into the training of new hires and noting that some of their employees are alumni from Chili University.

This type of initiative not only aims to help graduates make a smooth transition to the workforce but also provides various plans and entrepreneurial resources from the New Taipei City Labor Bureau and Youth Bureau to assist young people who may struggle to enter the job market after graduation.
