The Kinmen County Government's Industrial Development Office is actively pushing for digital transformation and e-commerce development to assist local businesses in overcoming market restrictions caused by geographical limitations. In 2025, a series of practical e-commerce courses will be launched, focusing initially in May on social marketing, e-commerce platform management, and brand marketing.
The first course, "Online Social Marketing Strategies," will take place on May 13 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM online. The speaker will be Han, the Marketing Project Manager from the well-known startup team 'My Mom Told Me Not to Start a Business.' This course will explore effective management of social platforms, enhancing online exposure, and interactive efficiency through real case studies.
The second course, "Shopee E-commerce Store Management Strategies," will occur on May 19 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Kinmen Youth Innovation Center, led by Harry, the founder of the same startup team. This course will focus on practical operations on the Shopee e-commerce platform, including optimizing product titles and keywords, planning promotional activities, and analyzing sales data to stand out in a competitive e-commerce environment.
The third course, "Cross-border E-commerce Brand and Marketing Strategies," will also be conducted by Harry on May 20 from 1:30 PM to 4:30 PM at the Kinmen Youth Innovation Center. This session will delve into establishing brand characteristics, sustainable management, and monetizing traffic.
