Hua Nan Financial (2880) approved its 113th fiscal year dividend distribution plan at its board meeting on the 28th, proposing a cash dividend of NT$1.25 per share and a stock dividend of NT$0.1 per share, totaling NT$1.35 per share. This sets a new record high not seen since 2007! Based on the closing price of NT$26.45 on the 28th, the dividend yield is approximately 4.73%, with a payout ratio of 80.36%.

In its 2024 financial report, Hua Nan Financial showed impressive results, achieving a net profit of NT$231.33 billion, an increase of nearly 7% year-on-year, and earnings per share (EPS) of NT$1.68, marking four consecutive years of record highs since the establishment of the financial holding.
