The Labor Insurance Bureau is launching 11 subsidies, with funds being disbursed ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival. Eligible individuals are urged to check their accounts for deposits.

According to the Labor Ministry's Labor Insurance Bureau, the subsidies, which include the National Pension, National Pension Insurance maternity benefits, and labor insurance pensions, are expected to be deposited between May 28 and 29. The labor insurance pension will be credited on May 28, with nearly 2 million retirees receiving an average of about NT$20,000.

The National Pension Insurance maternity benefit will be deposited on May 29, providing eligible women with NT$39,522. However, this payment must be applied for within five years; otherwise, individuals will lose their entitlement. The National Pension Act stipulates that maternity benefits must be requested within five years from the date of childbirth or premature birth, and late applications will be rejected.
