Zhou Yuxiu appeared in an interview on "Noon Currency" today to discuss the rapid appreciation of the New Taiwan Dollar and turbulence in the foreign exchange market. He criticized the government for blaming economic issues on opposition parties while questioning their political maneuvers. Zhou noted that the recent appreciation of the New Taiwan Dollar has shocked the market, reducing national assets by approximately NT$1.7695 trillion. He emphasized that President Lai Qingde's response did not resolve the issues at hand, condemning the government's focus on political struggles instead of substantial governance.

Zhou pointed to numerous recall billboards in Hsinchu City, questioning their funding sources and expressing disappointment over the government's excessive political investment at the expense of real governance. He raised concerns about whether the government views dissenting voices as problems and urged the ruling team to provide clear policy directions. Zhou also stated that his party would closely monitor government actions to protect the people's interests.
